Application

The machine is used for further opening and mixing the fibre from distributor, then processes into even cotton layer, which is fed into a scutcher to form lap.

Main Feature

1.The machine is eqiupped with a vibrating hopper for feeding cotton lumps fall from the vibrating hopper in free form, thus making the transverse density of the cotton layer even and identical. 

2.Photocell control ensures the reliability and continuance of the machine work.

3.Frequency and vibration amptitude of the vibrating plate can be adjusted for transverse cotton dropping. 

4.The output can be adjusted by changing the pulley and regulating plate of delivery cotton.

5.The machine may adopt the method of either the electric distributing or the air distributing.
